The Secret to a Brighter Smile with BlanX Pro Range

Wednesday 5 September 2018

I have always been a little self-conscious about my teeth. As a young teenager, my teeth were wonky and crooked that it took a year and a half of braces to sort them out. My main issue however has always been the colour of my teeth, they are slightly stained and I purely put that down to the fact I drink Coca Cola and tea on an everyday basis (oops).

I have tried a few teeth whitening products here and there, but I have never really noticed a huge difference until now.

Soph X Makeup Revolution Extra Spice Palette

Sunday 12 August 2018

I was beyond excited to hear that Soph was releasing a new eyeshadow palette in collaboration with Revolution (which is by far one of my favourite drug store brands). I purchased her highlighter palette previously and very quickly, that became my most used palette on an everyday occasion. Everybody and their mothers were talking about Soph’s first ever eyeshadow palette which I actually never bought. I will say that I find the overall layout of the Extra Spice palette way more interesting than the first.

Wednesday 16 May 2018

72 Hours in Edinburgh

Saturday 24 February 2018

Edinburgh. The capital of Scotland, the home to the Scottish Parliament and the second most popular city in Scotland. I’ve wanted to visit Edinburgh for as long as I can remember so you can only imagine how ecstatic I was when my fiancé surprised me with a city break to Edinburgh for my Christmas present. We both did a ton of research about where we wanted to visit before heading off to the city, just so we felt more prepared within the days we spent there and it also gave us something to look forward to.

What I've Learned From My 6 Year Relationship

Friday 2 February 2018

It’s officially coming up to Valentine’s Day, but it’s also coming up to my 6 year anniversary with Alex and what a better way to kick start February with a post about l o v e.

I’m not going to beat around the bush here, but relationships are bloody hard work. It’s absolutely crazy the fact that we’ve been together for 6 whole years, since I was 15 years old! I am in no way an expert at relationships, but I have learned a hell of a lot – which is what I shall share with you.

Let's Talk: Feminine Hygiene

Sunday 28 January 2018

I understand that feminine hygiene is a bit of a taboo subject that doesn’t get spoken about as often as it should. When it comes to feminine hygiene, I think it’s important for us women to be consistent with maintaining the cleanliness of our ‘down below’ area. Maintaining good hygiene will not only help to keep us fresh and feel clean every day but it will also keep us healthy as they’re many illnesses that can be caused by poor personal hygiene. Growing up throughout my teenage years, I had no idea about any of these things that I know now and just *wish* someone would’ve mentioned these to me.

Shows to Binge Watch in January

Friday 19 January 2018

Netflix is like my little happy place.

The place I go to when I’m feeling rubbish, unmotivated or bored. One of my favourite things to do is to binge watch the crap out of series/films and unfortunately, I don’t have enough free time to do that as often as I’d like to, so when I do have a free day all to myself I admit, I like to take advantage of my time and just sit for hours on end (with endless amounts of tea may I add).

I have taken my time and put together a list of series that I am currently binge watching as well as some shows that I can watch over and over again.

6 Things I'd Like to Improve on in 2018

Thursday 11 January 2018

I’m not the type to set goals or resolutions each year because truth is, I’m useless and don’t stick to them. Seriously, one of my goals last year was to stop eating takeaways but I went and bought a dominos the day after. With the New Year and a new month in full swing, I am feeling somewhat reflective and inspired to make 2018 the best year yet and by doing that, there’s a few improvements I’d like to make.

A Beginners Guide to Scrapbooking

Monday 1 January 2018

The thought of storing all my memories away in a little book to look back on makes me happy. Life is short and it seems to be flying by so if you’re like me and want to keep hold of all your special memories or even just the little things, then a scrapbook is a great idea. I started my scrapbook without a clue on what I needed apart from pictures. Although I consider myself a highly creative person, I’m not exactly the best at making things look pretty. I do try to. But not the best lol. Here is my beginners guide to starting a scrapbook.
